Burst of Colors

Hello Everyone! Whimsy Stamps Quick Card Fronts are making creating cards easy, fast & fun! We are all busy and even as an avid card maker I don't have always the time to make elaborate cards when I need one. Or can take the time to color images. This is when Whimsy's Quick Card Fronts come in quite handy.  They come in  A2 (5.5" x 4.25") size. printed on high-quality papers and toner cards. Each pack includes 8 sheets of full color designs along with 2 sheets of complementing sentiments for a total of 10 sheets per pack. For my card I used one sheet of the Chocolate Sweetheart Quick Card Fronts. I used the Connected Hearts Frame die to create a die cut shadow effect. Hi All! I have a fun card to share with you today! Again I used several products from January's release on my A2 sized creation. All new Whimsy products can be found  HERE   in the store. The adorable image from Krista's NEW Polar Bear Birthday clear stamp set was colored with Stabilo Pen 68 waterbased markers (colors used: 11,46,47,49,58,59,87,95). I used the New Polaroid die as a frame to create a shaker element. This new die is very versatile and can be used as slimline die or it can be easily cut or folded and stacked. This way you do not have to die cut it several times. Just cut or fold on the score lines. Or just use one or more of the frames as singles. A real time saver! The NEW Fun With Words die set coordinates perfectly with the NEW Polaroid die. For my background panel I used a sheet of the previously released Blurry Flurries 6x6 paper pack and cut it out using the also previously released Extreme Postage die set. Hello crafty friends! I am back here on my blog after a short brake. I hope that you all had a wonderful holiday season and a good start into the new year! Isn't it crazy that we are half into January already? A new year, also means a new Whimsy release schedule. We are now having a release once a month each month on the 15th. Our very popular Quick Card Fronts will be released on the 1st of each month. So and without further ado here is my first card inspiration for you using several of the new released products. All new products used for my card are available in the store HERE! I used an A2 sized top-folded white card base for my new release creation. The BG paper is a sheet of the NEW 6x6 Chocolate Caramel Coffee paper pack. I then used a die from a previous release, called Loopidoos 2,  to create another layer before adding my focal point images.  The cupcake is cut out using the NEW Cupcake die set. Hey Crafty Friends! Here is a Christmas card I made with products from Whimsy Stamps October 10th release! On my slimline card I used the NEW Santa Claws clear stamp set illustrated by Dustin Pike together with the NEW Slimline Banner die. I colored the images with Stabilo 68 water based brush markers and cut them out them with the coordinating outline dies which are available separately. The slimline banner die was die cut from gold and white glitter paper and layered on top of each other. The stars I've added are actually leftovers from another card I did last month and where laying around on my craft desk. I inked them up with matching gold yellow colors and sprinkled them with golden paint. The background paper I used is from the Slimline Champagne paper pack. My sentiment is a combination of the Merry large word die together with the word Claws-Mas that is included in Santa Claws set. Hi Friends! Are you working on your Christmas cards already? This is number 2 for me of this years Christmas cards. It's hard to think Christmas while it still has Summer temps.😂 But I couldn't resist these cute Gingerbread Emojis from  Whimsy Stamps  earlier releases this month. While looking at this cute NEW Gingerbread Emojis stamp set and the also NEW Twinkle Swirl die I knew instantly that this has to become a shaker card! So I added the earlier released 3 in 1 Mitered Frames die and made my own shaker mix with several products from This Calls For Confetti . Images were colored using Ohuhu markers. Hey Everyone! Here it is - my first Christmas creation for this season! Whimsy Stamps most recent release hit the store shelves just a few days ago and this is one of the new Christmas sets. Click HERE to check it out! I used images from the NEW Holly Jolly clear stamp set as my focal image. I created the background by adding ink and on top I've added texture paste using the Harlequin stencil. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment white on black cardstock. I then cut it out using the Elegant Ornament die. A few white paint splatters and red sequins finish off my card.
