Burst of Colors

How are you all today? Well yesterday I showed a gift bag I made foir our ongoing challenge aover at the combined Roses on Paper and Belles 'n Whistles challenge blog and that it is all about gifts this time.  And because it was so much fun to make that gift bag I decided to make another gift. This time I altered a tin can. It is one of the containers Prima flowers come packed in.   For my image I used  Tea Time   from the newest Belles 'n Whistles release. Well just part of it to fit my lid though. I colored it using Copics and did all the distressing with distress inks Brushed Corduroy and Bundled Sage. The flowers are from Prima and to add a little sparkle I used Stickles Stardust. The DP is from Basic Grey's newest collection Capella, right now available at Roses on Paper .   Hello Fellow Crafters And Welcome to another fortnightly challenge from Roses on Paper and Belles 'n Whistles! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. Mine was filled with lots of errands to run and lawn and garden work but I enjoyed it anyway. Hello everyone!!!!! Yes it's true another beautiful Elisabeth Bell digi stamp will be released tonight at 6 pm Arizona time. Yahooo! :-) This will be 9 pm Eastern and for you folks in Europe it will be 3 am Saturday morning! So you definitely don't want to miss this. See all the conditions of application and enter HERE !   For my card today I was inspired by the already nice and warm/hot weather we are having here in Florida.  So I decided to make a bright and summery card. And also one of my favorite card styles, an easel card, just love 'em.  The cute image is called 'Goggles' from Belles 'n Whistles latest collection Spring, Cleaning & Summertime available HERE . I colored the sweet little boy with my Copics and the DP is all Bo Bunny.  Border Punch is from Martha Stewart and the Sentiment is from Magnolia which I got from Roses on Paper .   Happy Mothers Day to you all and welcome to a new ISB-Challenge . This time the challenge is all ablout Boys / Men! As our challenge last time was all about the Mom's now it's time for the men/boys in our lifes! And there are also some important news regarding the challenge rules. Ilona lifted the restriction to use only specific stamps. From now on you can choose the stamp you want. The rules is just to use at least one stamp on your project. For my card I chose a Hero Arts stamp which I think is perfect for a men/boys card. This is not an image I commonly use but nice for a change and perfect for my project. My DP is all Basic Grey 'Granola', CS is Bazzill. Hello Everyone and a Very Happy Wednesday to you all! I'm back and sorry for being MIA for over a week now. I had to take some time off from crafting there was too much going on here and I was just not in the mood for crafting neither was my creativity...LOL. But now my batteries are recharged after 2 days relaxing, enjoying the warm weather on and in the pool and walks on the beach, YAY! So I started with making this Tilda card. I used the Just Magnolia  sketch designed by Bev and the Tilda image is called Tilda with Spring Bundle from the 2010 Magnolia Easter collection. I stamped Tilda on Curious Iridescent Cryogen White paper from Arjo Wiggins. I received a few emails asking what paper I use for coloring with Copics and this is my favorite paper since I started using them in early 2009. The markers blend very easy and I  like the  soft shimmer the paper has.  It is not as thick as other papers recommended for coloring with markers and  therefore it bleeds through. But t
