Belles 'n Whistles DT and Paperminutes #75
Hello everyone! Wow the week is almost over again, can't believe it .... time is flying!
I managed to finish another card with one of the new Belles 'n Whistles stamps. This time "Li'l Miss Poppy"! Isn't she just cute with her basket of freshly picked flowers?
I colored her with my Copics and used my new Copic airbrush system for the image background. Well not perfect but for my very first time using the airbrush system I'd say not too bad ;-)
But still need looooooots of practice!
This is so much fun and thanks to hubby I got a nice air compressor as well :-) So I don't have to deal with those spray cans. I have to tell you my hubby is actually the real air brush artist (he did amazing work of arts!!!) and he was so kind giving me his air compressor to use with my copic system - thank you sooo much hunny!!!!!! ILY!!!!
Paperminutes has a great sketch this week created by Carola aka Schokofee and this is my entry for their challenge.
If I don't show you any pictures of the inside of my cards, that means they are blank. Than they'll look usually like this one. I only add one more layer of white CS to make the card a little more sturdy (I always use 110lb cover stock for my card base) and distress the edges in a matching color.
