Image
Hello All And Welcome To Our 4th 'Lovely hAnglar Only' Challenge! This time it is on me to challenge you all and I want to see GLITTER on your cards/projects! I LOVE glitter it is one of my favorite embellishments and can be found on (almost) every of my creations ;-) I hope you like it too and will join in on our 4th fortnightly challenge.  For my card this time I used the super adorable John Blund - The man in the moon. Isn't he just too cute? I'm totally fallen for this image....lol! I colored him using my Distress Inks this time. The DP I used is Jubilee from Memorybox. And because the theme is glitter I went wild with it ;-) After coloring I covered the whole moon with Diamond Stickles and added Star Dusts Stickles to John Blund's collar and around the whole image.    There is Blueberry Ice Stickles on the cherry blossoms and Yellow Stickles on the petit roses. Both are from Whimsy stamps and the blue fabric rose in the middle I found at Michaels

A Fairy Tale.....

Hi all and thanks for visiting me here today!!! =) My card for today shows another cutie from the new 'Forever Young' collection from Belles 'n Whistles. This is  'Fairy Play' and doesn't she look magically? I colored her using my Copics and on her dress I used the feather blending technique which I really love. My DP is from Basic Grey's Kioshi collection and the sentiment stamp is from Catslife Press. Again I was able to join the MMSC challenge this week which is #61 and had lots of fun playing with Priscilla's sketch! For the sparkle and twinkle on her wings, flower-tiara and wand I used Stickles and a Sakura glitter pen. And because I always have problems fitting my cards in regular square envelopes with all the embellies on them I decided I make another card in a box set. Besides that it is also very nice to present the card in a matching box to someone. This is the outside of the box. The butterfly was cut out using my cricut a

Hello friends and welcome to my blog today! Are you all already prepared for the long holiday weekend (if you are here in the US)? Well not much planning and organizing for me to do...thank goodness, we are just relaxing, enjoying days on the beach with long walks and swimming in the pool...looking so forward to that :-) And then in about two weeks my best frioend is coming for a short visit...YAY! Haven't seen here for over a year now. Oh these are going to be some chatty days :-) On my card today I used Ballerina Tilda from Magnolias Fairy Tale collection which I got from Summer's store Roses on Paper .
