Hello and welcome to Day 7 of our June Rubber & Die Release Showcase! On Wednesday (20 June) Whimsy Stamps released this month's new rubber designs, new Shapeology dies and new Shape EZ by TLC.  From then until today the Whimsy Stamps DT and Special Guests are showcasing these fabulous new goodies with a daily mini blog hop . For today's last showcase day - and your last chance to win some yummy stamps ;-) - I came up with this creation using Piggy Bath from Whimsy's Meljens Design Collection: I colored him using my Copic markers (R000, R00, R30, R32, RV42 for the pinks, E47, E44, E43 E41, E40 for the mud) and Prismas (French Grey 70% and 50% for shades on the piggy to give it a more dirty look and Light cerulean Blue for the outline).  Whimsy Shapeology dies used: Corner dies and Notables 4 die , the corner die used in the upper left corner is a cuttlebug die. From then until 26 June the Whimsy Stamps DT and Special Guests are showcasing these fabulous new goodies with a daily mini blog hop and I am part of today’s hop! So here's what I came up with for today: I used the cute stamp 'Cubbin' Around' from Meljens Designs and colored it with Copics. As I wanted the cub's to be white tigers I just added little accents using W3-W1-W00 and R20-R00-R000 for the cheeks and ears. I also added Stickles Stardust to the stripes but unfortunately I was not able to catch that on the photo. Papers are from Basic Grey's 'Little Black Dress' collection. Happy Monday All! Today's card shows one of the Cutie Pie images from Little Darlings Rubber Stamps , called 'Fresh Picked Flowers' . This card was published in Whimsy's Inspirational Magazine issue 8 , company team-up Whimsy & Little Darlings. Coloring was done with Copics and Prisma pencils for the outline. Sentiment is from Raindrop Echo Designs Aged To Perfection Notables and cut out with Whimsy's Shapeology Notables 3 die.  Papers are from Bo Bunny's 'Sweet Tooth Collection' and Bazzill cardstock in pink and turquoise. Other dies and punches used are Whimsy's Fence die and Tree die as well as Spellbinders dies. and EK Success small retro flower punch and small butterfly punch. Happy Weekend Everyone! I hope ya'll having a great time! Today I want to share some fab news with you! The two great Whimsy artists Sylvia Zet of Wee Stamps and Ann Vento of Raindrop Echo Designs created an exclusive set of stamps for the latest issue of Papercraft Essentials Magazine (UK). These stamps are included for free with issue 82 ! My Whimsy DT sisters Simonne , Tammy Louise , Lori , Mariska and I had the great opportunity to already work with these stamps and create projects for the recent issue. We all got published and I am so proud to be one of them! Both of my cards got published! :-D My very first publication in a printed magazine, woohoo! ;-)  Thanks to Denise Lynn from Whimsy Stamps , Sylvia Zet, Ann Vento and of course the publishers of Papercraft Essentials Magazine for the great chance. Happy Hump Day Everyone! Today I have a card to show with one of the newly released Whimsy stamps from the Crissy Armstrong collection called 'Fishin' Friends' ! What an adorable couple, don't you think so? :) Coloring was done using my Copics, as always lately. Definitely need to get out my other coloring mediums again... I'm waiting for my Distress markers to arrive....can't wait to try them :-) A list of all Copic colors I used is at the end of this posting. The background was done using the Copic airbrush system! Sentiment is from the Summer Oval Letter Seals and cut out with Fun in the Sun Oval Die . I also used the vines die and the elegant flourishes die from Whimsy's Shapeology collection . Hello everyone! Sorry for being MIA for a week but we've enjoyed some days off last week :-) Now things are getting slowly back to normal. I even had some crafting time yesterday between all my chores and was able to finish a card that I want to show to you ... tomorrow ;-) Nooo not today...LOL Today I have something else... My card for today is one of my creations that were published in Whimsy's April magazine and was also the card I sent to my mom for Mothers Day! :-) This cute 'Chef' image by Kenny K was just perfect to use for her as she is a brilliant chef and cooking is her passion! I colored using my Copics and the background was done with the Copic airbrush system. The ticket sentiment is one of Ann's Ticket Note's . The gorgeous cupcake is a die as well! I cut it out three times. For the top, the cherry and the bottom. To the cherry I've added 3D glaze and a flower stem from one of my paper flowers. Other dies and punches used: Whimsy...
