Blimey Pirates!

Hello crafty friends! It's another Whimsy Stamps release today and it's all about Pirates! On my card I am showcasing both,  the NEW Blimey Pirates clear stamp set and matching NEW Blimey Pirates Outline Dies. They are both available now in the STORE. Please scroll down for all products links.

I used Distress Oxide inks, masking paper, blending brushes and a water spritzer to create my background. I stamped the images onto Strathmore Mixed Media paper with a hybrid ink. I colored with waterbased markers as well as alcohol markers. After die cutting the images with the matching outline dies I adhered them using foam tape. I stamped the sentiment with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and added a few glossy black sequins from This Calls for Confetti.
