Here is my card for Denise:

I went for some flowers and chose the Bees Knees clear stamp set from Barbara Sproatmeyers line. I combined it with Twinkle Scribble and Connected Rectangle dies. The sentiment is from the Simple Sentiment Strips and cut out using one of the Quick Strip dies. Please scroll down for a link list of all products used as well as a How-To.

Quick How-To

I started out with a 5.5" square card base in white. I cut another layer from white cardstock just 1/4" shy of the card base size. I use this as my background layer. I inked the background using Distress inks Mustard Seed, Kitsch Flaming and an inking brush.
I then cut the Connected Rectangle from white cardstock and the Twinkle Scribble from pink glitter paper.
I stamped the large flower stamp onto HahnemΓΌhle watercolor paper with Versafine Clair ink. I colored the flowers with Karin Brushmarker Pro pens and a waterbrush (for a list of colors used see below).
I then fussy cut the image. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink onto black cardstock and heat embossed white. The sentiment was cut out using one of the Quick Strip dies.
To assemble my card I first added the Connected Rectangle and on top the Twinkle Scribble. Then I added the flower image with foam tape. Finally the sentiment was added, also with foam tape, on top of all the other elements. For a finishing touch I decorated the card with confetti sequins (glazed peach, glazed cherry) and little bees from a confetti mix called Spring Buzz.
