Happy Friday Friends! It's another cute release at Whimsy today and here is what I came up with using the
NEW Happy Feet clear stamp set.
To create the frame and the scene I used the
Slimline Scenic Countryside die set. The background was was inked with distress oxide inks and sprinkled with white acrylic paint and liquid pixie dust for snow effect. The penguins were colored with radiant liquid watercolors.
