Fun Autumn Day with Ellie - Whimsy Stamps August Release Inspiration

Hello Crafty Friends! Here is another card I made with a new August release image from Whimsy Stamps. This time it's an image from Crissy. It's one of her super cute elephants, called Ellies Autumn Day.

I stamped the image with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink onto Canson watercolor paper. I always stamp on the smooth side of a cold press watercolor paper. Then I used my Albrecht Durer watercolor pencils to color the sweet elephant image.

I stamped the image again onto masking paper, cut it out, adhered it over the image and stamped the Scratchy Plaid Background using a matching ink (milled lavender distress ink). After removing the masking paper I added the blue outline/shine around the image, again with watercolor pencils.
The sentiment is from the You're Birthday clear set.
