It's a Girl

Image
Happy Sunday Peeps! Our neighbors daughter is expecting her second child (a girl) next month and she asked me if I would make a card for her to give to her daughter and here is what I came up with. The stamp is from LOTV and the papers are from two different MME paper pads. The stamp is from Whimsy's Welcome Baby Sentiments set. Flowers are from WOC, dies from Memory Box and the ribbons from my stash (which I usually buy from Gifts International , most of my satin, organza and gross grain ribbons) Here's a close-up on the image which I colored with Copics and Graph'It markers. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your Sunday! Hugs,

Christmas Angel

Hi Peeps , today I'm showcasing a Time for Tea Designs image from Whimsy's October rubber release, called Christmas Angel . I kept the colors mostly neutral on this card with just a bit of dark red and muted turquoise. The image is colored using Graph It markers this time. Flowers are from WOC and ribbons are from my stash. The snowflakes are die cut from white glitter paper using a die set from Whimsy's Shapeology collection called 'Layered Snowflake Dies' A closer look on the cute little angel Thanks for dropping in today and ya'll enjoy your week! Hugs,

Fireworks

Happy Saturday Stamping Friends! I've another CAS card to share with you today using Whimsy's 'Christmas Scene Builder' set from the recent rubber release . I've stamped the city skyline using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. The fireworks are stamped using different Versa Magic ink pads. With the wavy die from the 'Stitched Border Die Trio' I cut out a piece from white glitter paper to resemble snow. The sentiment is also from the 'Christmas Scene Builder' set. A black satin ribbon and some rhinestones to embellish. Thanks for visiting me today!

Hello Everyone! Here is my latest creation using the *NEW* Wreath and Bow die by SC Design from Whimsy's October rubber release. The Wreath and Bow was cut out twice and layered to create a 3D effect. The only embellishment are some red pearls to resemble berries. The sentiment is from the *New* Christmas Moments sentiment set. Here's a closer look on the wreath: Thanks for stopping by!

Hi All! Hope you are all having a good week so far. Appropriate for October I have a nice fall image from Whimsy's October rubber release share with you today. It's a stamp from the Whimsy Elisabeth Bell line and called Sunny Harvest Sally .  I've colored her using Copics, stamped onto X-press It card with Memento Tuxedo Black. The sentiment is from the *New* Christmas Moments sentiment set. I also used the wavy die from the Stitched Border Trio as an accent. The flowers are from 'WOC' and the the rhinestone swirls from 'Want 2 Scrap'. I like to enter the following challenges with my card: Imagination Crafts Challenge Blog - Anything Goes Stamp and Create - Fall/Autumn Fairytale Stampers - Ribbon/Flowers Thanks for stopping by today!
