Clearly Whimsy Stamps August Release - Day 1
Over the next 3 days we will reveal the new August 2014 Clearly Whimsy Stamps products. We are releasing 3 new clear stamp sets and 4 dies/die sets this week, and they will be available to buy from the Whimsy Stamps store and selected Whimsy Stamps retailers on Saturday.
I am thrilled to be a GD for Clearly Whimsy Stamps this month! I had a blast creating with these awesome stamps and dies! Thanks so much for having me! :-)
Today we are revealing the Thanks A Million 4x6” stamp set and Basic Backgrounds & Borders 1 4x6” stamp set, together with the Thanks large word die and the Stitched Borders die set. Hop on over to the Whimsy blog for more details.
For my first card I used the 'Thanks' large word die and a sentiment from the 'Thanks a Million" set.
DP is from Basic Grey, CS from Bazzill. I've added a white ribbon and a button to embellish my card.
My second card is a one layer card using the 'thanks' die cut which was a 'left over' from my first card.
I've added another sentiment from the "Thanks a Million" set and stamped some of the cute tiny stars around the die cut and sentiment using Memento 'Pear Tart' ink. On the smallest stars I've added some matching Stickles for a bit of bling. The straight stiched border die embellishes both sides of the card.
Here's my last card:
The wavy stiched border die was used here to divide the card vertical. The word love (from the Thanks a Million 4x6 set) was stamped with Versamark ink and heat embossed with black embossing powder. DP is from Fancy Pants.
