Hello all! This cute little girl with her doggie friend is called 'Skippy and Bobbin' from Whimsy's Elisabeth Bell collection. I made this card a while back for Whimsy's April Inspirations Magazine, issue 12. The magazine is availabe in print HERE and as a free digital issue here.
