Magic!

Hello All & Happy Hump-Day! How do you like my little feathery wizard friend here? Isn't he just adorable? It's a Meljens Design image called 'Little Wizard Owl' and available in the Whimsy Store!

Today is August-Release-Review day on the Whimsy Inspirational Blog. Hop on over to see all new, never before seen creations by the Whimsy DT using stamps, dies and sentiments from the August release

I colored the little owl using Copics. The dotted DP is from Bearly Mine Designs Halloween Collection 'Happy Hauntings' , a digital paper set. The sentiment was made using 'Spell It Out' from Raindrop Echo Designs. I just LOVE this set! I stamped the letters using Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto light blue cardstock and cut them out. The swirl behind the flowers is a Magnolia DooHickey die cut out from black glitter paper (Colorbok) Flowers are from Prima (roses) and the off white Sweet Blossoms are from Whimsy. I didn't add ribbon this time just a bow made with button string. The rhinestone swirl on the left is a part from a large Prima rhinestone/pearl flourish I got at my local craft store.

The card was cut out using Spellbinders Grand Nestabilities Circles and Scalloped Circles

I also added matching papers to the inside for a more finished look!

And to make it complete I made a matching box for the card.

This set is also available for sale in my Etsy Boutique.

I enter this card into Natalie and Amy's challenge  - Anything goes

Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous day!
