Happy TGIF! What better card to show then a 'Love' card for the weekend? :-D With Valentines not even a month away I'm in the middle of creating all my Valentines cards. And for me Cupcake from last years Belles 'n Whistles Valentine's collection, is still the perfect image for a Valentine's card. I just adore this super cute image!
I colored Belle using pencils and OMS. The base card with the word LOVE added I created with my Cricut and Design Studio Software. The DP is from My Minds Eye 'beloved' collection (I think it is called). The large flower is from Petaloo and the swirly leaves is a Marianne Design die. To make those fabulous leaves pop even more I added some MS glitter to them. I also added ribbon and lace but it's hard to see as it's all covered up now by the image and flower unfortunately. For some finishing touches I added Stickles and some rhinestones and pearls.
The inside is decorated as well.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Simon Says Stamp Challenge: Bingo - my pick is: Gems, Flowers, Die Cuts
The Digibells Challenge: Hearts and Chocolate - Belle is holding a Chocolate Muffin, can't you see?! ;-)
7 Kids College Fund Challenge: Challenge Yourself - I made a card shape using my Cricut and DS I'm doing that not often enough!
Thanks for stopping by and have a terrific weekend!
Hugs,
