Spring is here! - ROP/BnW Challenge - Punch it!

Hello Everyone and Happy Spring! Finally Spring is here, YAY! :-) There is a new combined Roses on Paper and Belles 'n Whistles Challenge starting today. Our amazingly talented Rosette is hosting our challenge this time and she wants to see you using your punches. So the challenge this time is called:

Punch it!

What a great idea Rosette, I loved it! :-) Get out all your punches and start creating! And please don't forget in order to participate and be eligible for the prize drawing you must use a Belles 'n Whistles, Alota, Bildmalarna, Magnolia or stamp from The Greeting Farm.
Our challenges are bi-weekly and you have time through Sunday April 4th  to enter. The Winner will be announced Monday shortly before our new challenge starts. And as you know Summer is always very generous with her prize donations for the challenges, you can check it out on our  Roses on Paper and Belles 'n Whistles Challenge blog. Please visit my fellow DT members blogs as well and check out their stunning creations!!! You'll find a list of my DT friends in my side bar!

On to my project now.  This time I did not make a card I made my March Birthday Calendar Page. Each month around the 20th the Belles 'n Whistles DT is showing a new birthday Calendar page on our Belles 'n Whistles blog.  You'll also find a link to download the templates for the calendar on our  Belles 'n Whistles blog in the sidebar. Unfortunately I was not able to participate for February but I will catch up on that and show it to you soon. What better image could I use than this super cute newly released Belles 'n Whistles image called 'Watering' from the Spring & Cleaning & Summertime collection? Isn't Belle super sweet with her watering can? I just totally LOVE this image. This is one of my absolute favorites from this collection and it is very versatile as well and can be used for many occasions throughout the year.

I colored Belle using my Copics & Copic Airbrushing System (find a list of Copics that I used at the end of the posting). The DP is Wisteria from Basic Grey and  the flowers are from Magnolia, punched out from paper and from my stash (the pearl flower, I got it last year at Michaels). Punches I used are: Martha Stewart Border Punches Butterflies, Trellies and Scallops, Martha Stewart Butterfly punch, EK Success Retro Flowers medium and small and Butterflies and from The Punch Bunch the Rock Fern punch. Furthermore I used Stickles, half-pearls, buttons and ribbon for decorations.

This is also my entry for the following challenges:

Friday Sketchers # 94, great sketch from Claudia

Copic Creations Challenge #24: Use your favorite Copic technique (one that was introduced on the CC blog during the last year). I used caucasion skin & blonde hair techniques.
