ISB Challenge 7 - The Bugs are here!

Good Morning! It's Challenge Sunday over at ISB-Challenge Blog again! This time it was up to our wonderful Marina to pick the challenge theme and she decided on a color challenge! YAY!
So we want you to create your project using the colors

Hilda Havin' Fun!

Hello all and wishing you a great weekend! And because it's weekend my post will be super short ;-)! My card today is for Kellie Winell's 2. Sketch Challenge. I'm so glad I could manage to finish my card. Kellie's made a great sketch simple but leaves lots of room for your creative ideas, I like that! If you like to play along you can enter until midnight, Sunday 30th August, that's tomorrow! But keep in mind Kellie is in Australia. That means she is ahead of time. I colored my Hilda image from Motivet using my Copics & Spica glitter pens. For a complete list of products used scroll down to the end of this posting.

Hallo zusammen und ein schoenes Wochenende wuensche ich Euch! Und weil Woende ist werde ich mich super kurz fassen ;-)! Meine Karte heute ist fuer Kellie Winell's 2. Sketch Challenge. Bin froh das ich noch fertig geworden bin. Kellie hat einen tollen Sketch gemacht, einfach aber mit viel Platz fuer Eure eigenen creativen Ideen. Das mag ich! Wenn ihr auch noch mitmachen moejhctet, die Challenge laeuft noch bis Sonntag 30. August um Mitternacht. Aber denkt daran Kellie ist in Australien und somit der Zeit voraus! Belles 'n Whistles & A Spoon Full of Sugar # 66

Happy Thursday everyone! Hope you are all alright and having a good time! My card today is another one made with those super cute Belles 'n Whistles stamps. If you haven't got yours yet you can do so right here! And keep in mind our challenge blog is now a combined one together with Belles 'n Whistles. That means you can use your Belles 'n Whsitles stamps as well to enter the challenge.
This time I chose the stamp "Sisters". I colored them with my Copics and all the papers I used are from Martha Stewart's 'playful blue' paper pad.
The sketch is a fabulous one designed by Sonja/Flati for A Spoon Full of Sugar's Challenge #66,
where I'm going to enter my card now!

Einen schoenen Donnertstag wuensche ich Euch allen! Hoffe ihr seid alle ok und geniesst eine schoene Zeit! Fuer meine heutige Karte habe ich wieder einen dieser knuffigen Belles 'n Whistles Stempel verwendet, die ihr nun auch bei Ilona im Shop findet. Diesmal das Motiv "Sisters". Coloriert habe ich mit meinen Copics und das Papier ist von Martha Stewart's 'playful blue' Paper Pad.

Der klasse Sketch ist von Sonja/Flati entworfen fuer A Spoon Full of Sugar's Challenge #66. Werde nun meine Karte auch da gleich eintragen fuer die Challenge.

So und eine Neuigkeit habe ich noch fuer Euch! :-)Und zwar sind ab sofort die super knuffigen ALOTA Bugs auch bei Ilona im Shop erhaeltlich. Als erster Shop in Deutschland hat Ilona die suessen Insektchen sofort zum Bestellen bereit! New ROP Challenge - Punches & MMSC #15

Hello and welcome to another Roses on Paper & Belles 'n Whistles Challenge! It is challenge 19 already and now we do have a combined challenge blog for Roses on Paper and Belles 'n Whistles! Yay! This time the challenge was selected by our fabulous Peta from Australia :-) The task to perform this time is use punches on your project and combine with a sketch challenge of your choice! Easy, isn't it?!

You have until September 6th to enter and the winner will be randomly chosen on September 7th. For all the details on how to enter, what stamps you can use in order to qualify or what prize is up for grabs see our challenge blog right here.

For my card I chose this weeks sketch at Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge!

Summer has some new Alota stamps in the store and when I first saw this cute oven/stove stamp I fell in love with it right away! I knew instantly what Tilda image to use in combination with the stove stamp.....Tilda with Apple Pie :-) I think they are a perfect match. This time I did not create my scene using the masking technique but cut Tilda out and used 3D dots to pop her up a little and give some dimension. I also used 3D glaze on the cute clock and the bottle to simulate glass. For the steam rising from the water kettle I used Polar White Flower Soft. Did some sewing with my machine and added half-pearls for decoration! And as our challenge called for the use of punches I used the following: Martha Stewart: Flourish, Photo Corner & Lattice Arch (on the inside) Punches, Emagination Crafts Inc.: Tag Punch. For coloring my images I used Copic Markers (see photo) and Copic Airbrushing System. For a detailed list of all items used scroll down to the end.

Fuer meine Karte habe ich den dieswoechigen Sketch bei Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge gewaehlt!

Der hat mir auf den ersten Blick gleich super gefallen und ich wusste auch sofort mit welchem Magnolia Motiv ich ihn kombinieren wollte: Tilda mit Apple Pie! :-) Diesmal habe ich nicht die Maskierungstechnik verwendet um meine kleine Szene zu gestalten sondern habe Tilda ausgeschnitten und mit 3D Pads aufgeklebt. Ausserdem habe ich auf der Uhr und der Flasche 3D Lack verwendet und fuer den Wasserdampf habe ich Polar White Flower Soft genommen. Damit das ganze Motiv etwas 3 dimensionaler wirkt. Zur Dekoartion habe ich Halbperlen verwendet und mit der Maschine genaeht. So und da unsere Challenge ja Punches verlangt habe ich folgende Punches verwendet: Martha Stewart: Flourish, Photo Corner & Lattice Arch (auf der Innenseite) Punches, Emagination Crafts Inc.: Tag Punch. Pixie Cute & Sketch Saturday

Hi everyone! Oh my was I lazy this week creating .... lol. Sometimes one has to have a timeout to start fresh and full of energy :-) Looks like my batteries are fully charged again..so here is my card for today! :-) I used my new Pixie Heidi stamp from C.C. Designs and colored her using my Copics. I also pimped my flowers using my new Daisy Burst Spacer's. You can order them here from Roses on Paper . This is also my entry for this weeks sketch challenge over at Sketch Saturday! Pretty short post today I know but I got a looooot of errands to run...

Hallo zusammen! Oh je war ich faul die Woche mit basteln .. lol. Aber manchmal braucht man ne Auszeit um dann wieder voller Energie und frisch zu starten. Und hier auch gleich wieder eine Karte, mit frischer Energie ;-) Ich habe meinen neuen Pixie Heidi Stempel von C.C. Designs verwendet. Coloriert habe ich mit meinen Copics. Meine Blumen habe ich aufgemotzt mit meinen neuen Daisy Burst Spacern, die ihr hier bei Roses on Paper findet. Dies ist auch mein Beitrag fuer die dieswoechige Challenge bei Sketch Saturday! Ein ganz kurzer Post heute, da ich viel zu erledigen habe....

Bon Voyage - ISB Challenge 6 & MMSC14

Hello and welcome to another ISB-Challenge. The theme this time was chosen by our wonderful Ilona and she thought Vacation would be a perfect theme for our challenge. What a fun and versatile theme and very adequate for this time of the year! Don't you think so too? All detailed information about the challenge and the requirements to participate are available on our ISB-Challenge-Blog. As this is a bi-weekly challenge you have two weeks to enter!!!

For my card I chose Tilda in France and the Eiffel Tower from Magnolias Travel Collection from last year! I thought they would make the perfect card for this theme. So I already had my papers picked out and my image colored and than I was looking for a nice sketch. And I found it at Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge Blog. And I also enter my card for there challenge this week! As this image is kind a huge I made a different card format from what I normally do. This card measures 5.5" x 7". I colored the image using my copis and distressed around the edges using distress inks. My sentiment is computer generated and the pearl swirls are from Prima. I decorated the inside just on one side.

Hallo und Willkommen zu einer neuen ISB-Challenge! Diesmal hat unsere liebe Ilona das Thema gewaehlt und sich fuer Urlaub entschieden! Ein absolut passendes Thema fuer die Jahreszeit und auch sehr vielseitig! Alle Info's zur Challenge und komplette Vorgaben und Regeln findet ihr wie immer auch unserem ISB-Challenge-Blog. Da dies eine zweiwoechentliche Challenge ist habt ihr 14 Tage Zeit um mitzumachen!

Ich habe mich fuer meine Karte fuer Tilda in France und den Eiffel Turm von Magnolias Travel Collection vom letzten jahr entschieden. Ich fand sie passend fuer das Thema. Mein Papier war ausgesucht, mein Motiv coloriert so brauchte ich nur noch einen passenden Sketch und den fand ich beim Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge Blog. Wo ich auch mit meiner Karte an der Challenge teilnehmen moechte. Da das Motive sehr gross ist habe ich eine etwas groessere Kartenform gewaehlt als ich normal habe. Dieese Karte ist 5.5" x 7". Coloriert habe ich mit Copics und die Raender mit Distress Ink distressed. Die Perlen Swirls sind von Prima und mein Text ist auf dem PC geschrie- ben. Die Innenseite habe ich diesmal nur auf einer Seite gestaltet.
