Bringing Presents

Happy Weekend All! Today I'm here with a Christmas card showcasing one of Whimsy's Art by MiRan images "Bringing Presents" which had been released in September.

I colored using my Copics and Sennelier watercolors. Sentiment is from Meljens Country Christmas Sentiment Set. Paper and embellies are from my stash. Sorry for the super short post....I will be back next week with Whimsy's October release creations and I am going to have 2 cards to show each day of the release :-D

Adorable Faery!

Happy Sunday All! Hope y'all enjoying your weekend! Here's another card made with one the adorable Elisabeth Bell images from Whimsy's Cottage Cuties Collection - Shimmery Sprinkles Faery.

 

She's been colored with Derwent's Inktense Pencils and I used Mixed Media Paper. DP is from Bo Bunny and the flowers are from WOC. My pearl and rhinestone swirls are mostly from Want to Scrap and everything else is from my stash.

It's getting spooky.....

Hello Everyone! Today I have another Whimsy inspiration to share with you. Please meet Sabrina the Little Witch from Whimsy's Elisabeth Bell collection - Little Cottage Cuties .....

This time I've colored using my Faber Castell Polychromos. The outline was done with Kuretake Zig Clean Color Brush Pens. I bought them recently and oh my, they are so much fun to work with. You can expect to see more images colored with these soon.
I also used the Whimsy Shapeology Halloween die set as well as the Witch Hat die and the largest tag die from the  Stitched Tag dies. The papers I've used are from older collections by Basic Grey and Whimsy (retired).

Mermaid and Manatee

Hi Everyone & Happy Sunday!  Here is my second GDT card for the PaperNestDolls using Mermaid with Manatee. I fell immediately in love with this cutie when I first saw her. I love mermaids and than together with a manatee? ...just irresistible - :-D  Maybe that's because I live here in Florida and have a special connection to these gentle giants. 

I colored using Copics and Faber Castell Pastel Pencils. Dies used are from Magnolia (leaf die), Memory Box (wave border and bubbles dies), Spellbinders (lacey circle) and Whimsy stamps (stitched circle and stitched tag dies) The papers are from an older Bo Bunny pad called Key Lime. Flowers are from WOC and brads from Basic Grey. I also added a little turtle charm, pearls, pearl swirls and a button to embellish the card.

September Rubber Stamp and Die Release 

Over the last 2 days we have showcased 19*BRAND NEW* red rubber stamps/stamp sets, 3 new Clearly Whimsy clear sets, and 3 Shapeology Die Sets. All of these new products are available to buy from the Whimsy Stamps store and from selected Whimsy Stamps retailers.

Our design team members have created amazing cards and projects featuring these new goodies, we hope you have enjoyed the hops over the last 2 days.
