Whimsy September Rubber Stamp and Die Release - Day 2

September Rubber Stamp and Die Release

Yesterday and over the next 2 days we will showcase 19*BRAND NEW* red rubber stamps/stamp sets, 3 new Clearly Whimsy clear sets, and 3 Shapeology Die Sets. All of these new products are available to buy from the Whimsy Stamps store and from selected Whimsy Stamps retailers. 

Today I am able to show you again 2 creations, one made with the new clear sets and on the other is made using a new rubber stamp

On my first card I used the adorable Christmas Bunny Stockings stamp from the Crissy Armstrong collection. I used quite bright and not so typical Christmmas colors and also kept the card clean and simple. The die used is the new Merry Large Word die. I colored with my Copics and the papers are from Bo Bunny / Candy Cane Lane Collection.

The second card is even simpler than the first. Again quite a bright turquoise was used for this one layer card. The Merry Large Word die was here used to cut out the word from white glitter card stock and the Christmas tree stamp is from the Oh Christmas Tree set. I stamped it with Versamark ink and embossed it with opaque white glitter embossing powder. A tiny matching rhinestone is the only embellishment.

I am happy to show you 2 creations today. One I made with one of the new clear sets and on the other I used one of the new rubber stamps :-)

This is Emi and Giant Pumpkin from the Lizzy Love Collection. I colored her using Copics and the outline is done with Pitt Pastel Pencils. I also used the Large Leafy Floursih Die. 

The papres are from and older MME collection called Spider Web. To embellish I've added ribbon, flowers and rhinestone swirls.

 Here's my second card in a CAS style using the *NEW* Funky Christmas Tree die, Basic Christmas Border Backgrounds and a sentiment from the Oh Christmas Tree set.

GD Paper Nest Dolls - Country Girl Ellie

Hi Everyone & Happy Saturday!  Here is my GDT card for the PaperNestDolls using Country Girl Ellie. Oh I just love Ellie holding that little piglet, just too adorable! :-)
  

I colored her using Copics and Faber Castell Pit Pastell Pencils. I had so much fun coloring this adorable image. I'll have two more GD cards to show you through out the month of September. Thanks so much for having me Christine!

Hello everyone! Ummm I know it's been a while since my last posting but I took a much needed break to enjoy summertime. Hope you all are doing well out there. I'm back today with a Whimsy creation o share.....

The cute image was colored with Copics and is from Whimsy's Lizzy Love collection called "Sally Hangs Her Herat on a String". I also used the large word die "Love" from the Shapeology collection.

For my card today I used 'Make a Splash Duck' by Crissy Armstrong:

I colored this cutie pie with Copics and cut him out using Whimsy's Stitched Circles Die Set. The sentiment is from the *New* Simple Sayings Postage Stamps

The DT  have been sharing some amazing creations made with the new stamps over the last couple of days, and today we are celebrating their release with a GRAND BLOG HOP!The hop starts today (Wednesday May 20th at 12.00PM noon ET) and ends on Friday, May 22nd at 12:00pm noon ET

My card today shows "Dolly" an image by Wee Stamps

"Dolly" was colored with alcohol markers. Papers are from Basic Grey's "Picadilly" line.  I used the large word die 'Cupcake' and the 'Stitched Border Die Trio'

Welcome to Day 2 of our ...

For my sneak peek card today I chose Meljens 'Flowers in my Pocket' stamp:

I went with a CAS style and the cute image was colored using alcohol markers. The following Shapeology dies were used: Stitched Circles Die Set and Corner Dies Set.

LaLa Land Crafts Challenge - Fussy Cutting

For my GDT creation this week I used LaLa Land Crafts Baby Marci:

Super Girl!

Hello Everyone and Happy Mothers Day Weekend! Today I have a card to share using Super Girl from Whimsy's Krista Heij-Barber Collection.

This is an almost one layer card...lol. I colored Super Girl with Copics and the outline is done with Sennelier water colors. The die cut stars are made using the Pierced Stacking Star die.
