The Whimsy  DT and GDT have been sharing some amazing creations made with these new stamps and dies over the last couple of days, and today we are celebrating their release with a GRAND BLOG HOP!

 I have a Halloween creation to show today using *NEW* Cat Witch by Crissy Armstrong.

The sentiment is from the *NEW* Witch Hat Sentiments set and cut out with the *NEW* Witch Hat die. I colored the cute cat with Copics. Papers are from an older Memory Box Halloween pad and I also used some scraps.

Whimsy Stamps August Rubber Stamp & Die Release

Hi Everyone and welcome to Day 1 of our ...

August rubber stamp and die release!

Over the next 3 days we will reveal the new August 2014 Whimsy Stamps products. We are releasing 11 new red rubber stamps/stamp sets and 3 coordinating die/die sets this week, and they will be available to buy from the Whimsy Stamps store and selected Whimsy Stamps retailers on Wednesday.

PRIZE ALERT ... We have hidden a fabulous prize of a $15 GIFT CERTIFICATE at one of the stops on today’s hop! Today we are excited to show you the brand new Elisabeth Bell, Time for Tea Designs and SC Design stamps being released this month.

  

For my release project today I inked up "Picked Sweet Summer Song" by Elisabeth Bell.

The sentiment is from the Whimsy Stamps 'Mini Chalkboard' sentiments by SC Design. Papers are from Bo Bunny (Autumn Serenity) and the die cut butterfly is a Whimsy Shapeology die from the Elegant Butterflies die set.

The sweet image was colored using Copics and Graph It markers.

Feathers

Hello Everyone, I hope you are all enjoying your weekend! Today I like to share a  card I made using Whimsy's Feather and Flourish sentiment set by SC Design.

A clean and simple card but I like how it turned out. The card base is heavy weight watercolor paper. The color swooshes are made using Sennelier watercolors. Sentiment and feathers are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Only embellishments are a few pink rhinestones.

Whimsy Stamps - Art by Mi Ran Debut Release Day 3

Hello Crafty Friends and welcome to the final day of our Art by Mi Ran Debut Release!

We are celebrating the debut release of our new Art by Mi Ran Collection! We have 7 new rubber stamps, illustrated by Mi Ran, exclusively for Whimsy Stamps. She was colored using Copics and the DP I've used is from Maja Design. The sentiment is from Whimsy's 'Fairy Tale Dreams' set by . The Feather Die is from the July release and the Vines Die set is an older Shapeology die. Both are available at the store HERE.Flowers are from WOC and all pther embellishments are from my stash.

For my release project today I have chosen 'Little Jack 'n Bobbin Summer Watermelon' by Elisabeth Bell.

This cute little fellow got colored with Copics and because I wanted the image to really stand out I went for a CAS card. I only added a sentiment from the 'Girl Talk'  sentiment set by SC Design, some Stickles.

Today we are excited to show you the brand new Elisabeth Bell, Time for Tea Designs and Raindrop Echo Designs stamps and dies being released this month. For a full reveal of these stamps, check out the Whimsy blog!

For today's project, I have inked up "Bouquet" from Time For Tea Designs. I've colored her using Copics & Graph It markers and one of my favorite color combos - pink and green :-)

I also used the *New* Feather & Nib Die and  Large Leafy Flourish Die as well as a sentiment from the *New* Feather and Flourish sentiment set by SC Designs.

 

The light blue background around the image was done using Sennelier watercolors.

 Flowers are from WOC and designer papers are MME.
