Quick Treat or Gift Boxes

Hello everyone and HAPPY TGIF! Today I like to show you two ideas for treat boxes for which I used two of the new Belles 'n Whistles stamps. These are really fun and easy projects and quick as well because I just embossed the images and didn't color them. I just set some highlights using stickles. These boxes can be used as favor boxes e.g. if you have a Halloween dinner with friends or a Halloween party. Or as little gift boxes to bring to a friends house if you are invited to a party/dinner on Halloween.

For the first one I made a " sour cream container" box. Before I assembled the container I stamped the image of the Little Witch with Broom and embossed it. Than I just added some ribbon, a paper border, a sentiment and some stickles, for decorations.

For the second box I used a tutorial I found here at Betty's blog. I also stamped and embossed the Scarecrow & Little Wizard image and just added some highlights with stickles to it. For decorating I used flowers, brads, buttons and rhinestones. For top and bottom of the box I used Spellbinders Labels 1.

I hope you like my ideas of treat boxes :-) And that I could give you some inspiration on how to use these super cute stamps in an quick and easy way! If you haven't already got yours, you can order them here!

Make sure to come back again today I'll post my blog candy in just a bit :-)))

Thanks for stopping by and any comments you may leave are highly appreciated!

Hugs,

  1. Iris, these are both darling. I will have to check out Betty's blog for that box. Love how you decorated the SC container. I never thought to do that, now I know.
